Thank you for purchasing Tire Dressing Shield™. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality products. Please review our refund policy below.

Returns

We stand behind the quality of the Tire Dressing Shield™. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unused, clean, and in resalable condition.

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or your order number is required.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Products returned without original packaging (unless damaged during shipping).
  • Clearance or final sale items, if applicable.

Product Condition

To qualify for a refund, the Tire Dressing Shield™ must be returned unused, clean, and in resalable condition, preferably with the original packaging. Products that have been used, exposed to tire dressing or other automotive chemicals, modified, or damaged through misuse are not eligible for a refund unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are typically processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error, a verified manufacturing defect, or shipping damage. Our standard outbound Shipping & Handling charge is a flat rate of $17.50 per order.

Exchanges

If your Tire Dressing Shield™ arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we’ll gladly replace it at no additional charge. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of both the product and the shipping box so we can quickly resolve the issue.
