Returns

To be eligible for a return:

- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or your order number is required.
Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
